Founded by Mikaya Dionne- a 15 + year veteran in the modeling, fashion and beauty industries. Beginning her career as a model at age 12, Mikaya walked the runway for countless high fashion shows including international designers at New York Fashion Week for 3 consecutive seasons (SS16, FW16, SS17) and designers including world renowned Nino Lettieri, Archana Kocchar and several others.  Mikaya is the first model with alopecia to grace the New York Fashion Week stage. She's posed for countless photographers and has been published in several magazines, books, media, and news outlets.- most recently featured on the June/July 2018 cover of Tallahassee Woman Magazine. Mikaya takes pride in the fact that she's never been signed to an agency, but has procured most of her opportunities through networking and establishing long lasting connections in the industry which is what she's already discovered to be profound in several of her model's careers as she has been successful in placing models in two consecutive NYFW seasons as well as representation from larger agencies and brands. Mikaya is also a professional makeup artist and image consultant and is proficient in teaching people to represent themselves to the world in a professional, polished manner.

The MD Agency specializes in finding models that possess more than just a pretty face, developing them and teaching them the business of the industry as well as managing and procuring career changing opportunities. We are a small, exclusive agency and very selective when choosing to work with models. We take on models who we plan to mold into working talent with potential to enhance their career to the highest level possible. Although we book our models locally in Tallahassee, FL, we place them regionally, nationally and internationally. Each model's development and management plan is specialized to fit his or her very unique place in the business. Personal attention is paramount and we emphasize the family feel of the Agency. We book models and actors on jobs throughout the southeast and manage and develop modeling careers for young women and men. We are not a modeling school or affiliated with any such.
