By booking with Mikaya Dionne, you agree to the following: Health & Safety • Please reschedule if you are sick or have symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious illness. • Mikaya Dionne is not liable for illness, reactions, or sensitivities. Notify us of allergies before your appointment. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance is due at the start of your service. Late Arrivals • 10-minute grace period allowed. • After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit forfeited. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to keep your deposit. • No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Photo/Video Use • Photos/videos may be taken for portfolio and marketing unless you request in writing to opt out before your appointment.
