The Glow. The Grace. The Goal. What Women's History Looks Like In Real Time

In a world that often celebrates hustle over healing, it’s time to reclaim our power with presence. The Glow. The Grace. The Goal. is a reminder that confidence isn’t just about how we look—it’s about how we show up. This Women’s History Month, I’m honoring the women making history in real time—women who embody light, lead with grace, and never lose sight of the goal.

If nobody told you today—you are power in motion. And you didn’t just survive this month… you showed up, you gave, you loved, you kept going. That’s major. That’s beautiful. That’s WOMAN and I'm so proud of YOU! You are what Women's History looks like in real time.

So on this last Tuesday of Women’s History Month, I’m not giving you basic tips.

I’m giving you a reminder, a push and permission... if that's what you need.... to do, be & become! Let’s get into it.

1. Face It! Makeup is a Power Tool!

Don’t just wear makeup—make a statement.

Makeup has been used for centuries to enhance or even change women's facial features, but let me challenge you. Use it as a strategy. I get paid to help people build and maintain confidence, but the truth of the matter is, if you feel good about how you look... confidence exists. Use makeup as a strategy to empower yourself and others.

Beauty and power go hand in hand, but beauty's standards are only determined by the beholder- that's you! When you decide to enhance your features with makeup, with every brush stroke, think of it as being charged up... infused with more power and confidence!

This spring? We’re talking glow-over-glam, soft yet stunning.

Think:

• A bold lip that says, “I came to speak AND be heard.”

• Skin that’s healthy, hydrated, and holding peace.

• Brows that frame your face like a signature.

When I put on a beat face—especially after a rough week? That’s not vanity. That’s victory.

It’s me saying, “I still got it. I still AM it.” And so do you.

2. Fashion Is a Form of Resistance

Stop saving your good clothes for “someday.” Today is the moment.

Throw on that blazer. Style that outfit you were second guessing. Rock your sneakers with that satin skirt if that’s your mood. Allow yourself to be free in how you express your authenticity. There are no rules in fashion. It's about the confidence you carry.

Your clothes are not just cute—they are courageous. They tell your story before you speak. They reflect how you see yourself......And sis, you deserve to be seen! If you needed permission or a reminder... this is it! There’s power in a red lip. There’s protest in a print.

Every time we dress with confidence, we’re undoing years of conditioning that told us to be smaller, quieter, and less visible. When you get dressed, you make a statement. You're telling everyone you encounter that you're here, you're on purpose.

3. Confidence Is the Ultimate Trend

"You can’t fake confidence. But you can choose it."

Confidence is the invisible layer under everything else—your outfit, your fragrance, your face card. Try this today:

• Stand up straighter.

• Say what you need to say, even if your voice shakes.

• Do the thing scared, but do it cute.

There were days I walked in rooms and felt like I didn’t belong—until I reminded myself:

“God placed me here. My light isn’t too much. It’s just right.”

THAT mindset shift? It changes everything.

Confidence isn’t a costume. It’s a decision. And like any decision, it gets easier with practice. Choosing to walk in your power—even on uncertain days—is a bold act of self-love. This tip isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up anyway, trusting your growth, and letting your beauty reflect your bravery.

4. Your Glow Is an Act of Revolution

Skincare is self-respect. Joy is self-care. Peace is the real flex.

You can’t pour from an empty cup—or apply highlight to a tired soul.

Take care of you. That’s the real glow-up.

Here’s your Glambition Checklist:

• Water? Drank.

• Boundaries? Up.

• Skin? Loved on.

• Energy? Protected.

Let your light come from within. Not from hustle. Not from struggle. From healing. From wholeness.

Let’s keep it real—highlight can’t fix exhaustion, and foundation won’t fill the gaps of burnout. True glow starts from within. This Women’s History Month, I’m challenging every woman to make space for rest, joy, and replenishment. Fill your cup first, and let your beauty routine reflect the restoration in your soul.

5. Don’t Just Show Up. STAND OUT.

Say it with me:

“I don’t just show up. I stand out. I don’t need permission to shine.
And I don’t wait to be celebrated—I celebrate myself."

Sis, when you walk into the room, you bring the entire legacy of women who prayed, fought, cried, built, and loved us into existence. You are living history. You are beauty in real time. You are the blueprint.

So as Women’s History Month wraps up… just know, this wasn’t just a celebration. It was a reminder. You ARE her. Every day. Not just in March. So show up. Shine hard. Glow on purpose. And as always… #GetYourGlambitionUp.
