Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, please kindly provide a notice no later than 24 hour before your appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment time will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Deposits are non-refundable and transferable one time with 48 hours notice.
