Service Description
This service is reserved for select styles that Kay is currently looking to create, feature, or add to her portfolio. These appointments are based on specific inspiration looks and may include trending styles, creative concepts, or featured techniques showcased on Kay’s social media. Model Style appointments are not automatically approved. Interested clients must select this option to request an appointment and receive approval from Kay before booking is confirmed. Hair is not included and must be provided by the client unless otherwise specified in the individual model call posting. Be sure to check Kay’s Instagram Stories regularly for current Model Style opportunities, inspiration photos, pricing details, and booking requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience. ⸻ 🔒 Deposits & Payments • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due in cash or Cash App at the time of service. • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed or held. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule or incur a $15 late fee, depending on the schedule. • Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in cancellation at Kaylin’s discretion. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment before booking in the future. ⸻ 💇🏽♀️ Hair Prep & Wig Drop-Off • Please arrive with clean, detangled hair, free of any product or buildup. • If hair requires detangling or additional prep, a prep fee of $15–$25 may apply depending on time and condition. • This service is for frontal lace wigs only. (Closures and full lace units are not accepted at this time.) • Your wig must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment for customization and prep. • Wigs must be delivered in a sealed, labeled bag including: • Your full name • Appointment date • Any special customization notes • Late or unprepared wig drop-offs may result in rescheduling or additional rush fees. ⸻ 🔁 Reinstalls vs. First-Time Installs • This service is for first-time installs only (the first application of the wig on your head). • If the wig has already been installed by Kaylin or another stylist, please book a Reinstall instead. ⸻ 📸 Media & Consent • Photos or videos may be taken during or after your service for portfolio and promotional use. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform Kaylin before your service begins.
