Service Description
Whether you’re going for sleek and simple or full-on ponytail drama, this service is customized to create a polished ponytail you’ll love. To ensure the best results, please arrive with your hair clean and fully blow-dried. Hair is not included with this service, and clients should provide 2–3 bundles depending on their desired length and fullness. For styles that include curls or additional styling, 100% human hair is highly recommended for the best finish and longevity. Want to personalize your look? Ponytail Curls, Braided Styling and Bangs are available as add-ons to create your perfect finish.
Cancellation Policy
Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience. ⸻ 🔒 Deposits & Payments • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due in cash or Cash App at the time of service. • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed or held. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule or incur a $15 late fee, depending on the schedule. • Arrivals after 15 minutes may result in cancellation at Kaylin’s discretion. ⸻ ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment before booking in the future. ⸻ 💇🏽♀️ Hair Prep & Wig Drop-Off • Please arrive with clean, detangled hair, free of any product or buildup. • If hair requires detangling or additional prep, a prep fee of $15–$25 may apply depending on time and condition. • This service is for frontal lace wigs only. (Closures and full lace units are not accepted at this time.) • Your wig must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment for customization and prep. • Wigs must be delivered in a sealed, labeled bag including: • Your full name • Appointment date • Any special customization notes • Late or unprepared wig drop-offs may result in rescheduling or additional rush fees. ⸻ 🔁 Reinstalls vs. First-Time Installs • This service is for first-time installs only (the first application of the wig on your head). • If the wig has already been installed by Kaylin or another stylist, please book a Reinstall instead. ⸻ 📸 Media & Consent • Photos or videos may be taken during or after your service for portfolio and promotional use. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform Kaylin before your service begins.
