Cancellation Policy
Signature Senior Booking Policy This appointment is reserved exclusively for active Signature Senior Plan holders. Please review the following booking policies before scheduling: • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. • One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours notice. Additional reschedule requests may require a fee and are subject to availability. • Same-day cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows will count toward your included plan appointments. • Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience and to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. • Reserved Hair Appointments may include installs, styling, maintenance appointments, touch-ups, curls, ponytails, updos or refresh appointments based on the senior’s desired look and stylist recommendation. Hair is not included. • Unused appointments do not rollover, transfer or convert to cash or credit. Thank you for choosing the Signature Senior Beauty Experience.
