By booking with Mikaya Dionne, you agree to the following: Health & Safety • Please reschedule if you are sick or have symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious illness. • Mikaya Dionne is not liable for illness, reactions, or sensitivities. Notify us of allergies before your appointment. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Remaining balance is due at the start of your service.
