Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Your Session • All virtual coaching sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance through my official booking link. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations • You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost if done at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future session (must be rebooked within 30 days). • No-call/no-show appointments forfeit payment and cannot be rescheduled. 3. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on your video call on time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will shorten your session time and will not be extended past the scheduled end time. 4. Technology & Environment • Sessions are conducted via Zoom (link provided after booking). • Please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and a device with camera and microphone access. 5. Preparation • Come camera-ready with any requested materials, outfits, or props if noted in your booking confirmation. • For best results, be in a well-lit space where your posture, movement, and expressions can be clearly seen. 6. Recording Policy • Sessions may be recorded for your personal reference only. Recording for redistribution, training others, or promotional use without prior written consent is prohibited. 7. Refunds • All bookings are non-refundable except in the rare event I need to cancel, in which case you will be offered a full refund or priority rescheduling.
